Because breastfeeding is so beneficial for infants and their mothers, St. Luke’s offers breastfeeding classes and bedside assistance from a certified lactation consultant.


Our nurses and nurse-midwives provide breastfeeding education and can address common problems and concerns. After you leave the hospital, ongoing lactation assistance is available by office visit or telephone.
